Once again the Hotelier of the year was awarded and we were on board as well! This time, the dfv Mediengruppe and ahgz thought of something special, therefore the ceremony was held in the Europapark Rust. We took the opportunity to sit down with this years award winner to reflect on the rememberable evening.
Being the Managing Dirctor of the Europäischer Hof Heidelberg, Dr. Caroline von Kretschmann is certainly an outstanding persona in the hospitality industry. From speaking up for all hoteliers during the crisis, over mindset shifts and fresh ideas and innovation with her teammembers on social media, it’s safe to say that she does not shy away to speak up and try out new things.
ollowing the award ceremony Caroline sat down with one of our hosts and discussed what the award meant to her and especially her team, as winning it was definitely a team effort.
