Naomi Mackenzie

Naomi MacKenzie, Co-founder of KITRO joined us on the show and told us how she and Anastasia had the idea to start KITRO, when they were still at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, seeing how much food was wasted in every day’s operations.

Naomi also told us how her position in the company has changed since the launch in 2017. Beyond that, she explained the idea and digital components behind the company and how important it is to have support from the outside, when starting your own company.
